Char & Helping Hand Pet Services is my go to for overnight pet care. My Chihuahua Goldie is in the best hands when Char is taking care of her, sometimes for 7+ days at a time, multiple times starting from 3 months old. I can leave her without a worry, and know I’ll return to a happy, well cared for doggy. Char is reliable and responsible, always sending photo/video updates to ease your mind. Char has been a great help with Tyson, she’s helped me at a very crucial time when my female American bully cinnamon was pregnant and I needed the extra hand with keeping tyson busy while dealing with cinnamon’s pregnancy. She kept him for the 2 months while cinnamon was pregnant and treated him as her own. Really helped a lot and I can now say Tyson is a father of 5 healthy puppies .

Back in December Char came to our house to watch our 7 month old XL American Bully, Boots. Of course we were initially concerned about leaving our puppy behind for the first time but all her experience with caring for dogs, particularly large dogs, helped put our minds at ease. She was amazing with him! She took him on lots of walks, kept up with his training and sent us lots of photos and videos. It was also comforting to know she was at the house while we were gone and he was able to stay in a familiar environment with 24/7 love and attention. We will 100% ask her to look after him again!

There is no one who understands dogs more than Charlotte.
She looked after our dog Willie (who has some behavioural issues) while we were away on holiday. Charlotte’s knowledge and confidence on handing dogs left us with no worries and we were able to enjoy our time away.

We’ve had Charlotte watch our kitties on numerous occasions. Charlotte spends the time and takes the necessary care to keep our boys healthy and happy. She has lots of experience with animals and is super trustworthy. You will not be disappointed.

Eight years ago Char found my cat Leo as a stray and took him in. Knowing I wanted a cat, she gave him to me fully vaccinated, neutered, and litter box trained and he has become my absolute best friend. He’s the best cat I could have ever asked for and I’m eternally grateful to char for letting me be his mama.
